WHY INSIDEAI

Same frontier models. Everything around them is different.

You could buy a seat on a public assistant tomorrow, and for general questions you probably should. This page is the honest case for everything else: what you cannot change when you go direct, and what that costs once the novelty wears off.

NOT LOCKED IN

The parts you can't change are the parts that cost you later.

Going direct means moving into one company's ecosystem: their model, their price list, their roadmap, their integration queue. Every one of those is a decision you never get to revisit. Here they are all things we change on your behalf.

The model is a part, not a platform

Your connections, permissions, saved prompts, history and drafts belong to the harness — not to whichever model happens to be winning this year. When one gets cheaper, faster, or better at your kind of work, we change the engine underneath and the rest of your setup never notices. A model we retire keeps the record of everything it already did, so a swap never leaves a hole in what you can look back at. Different jobs can even run on different models.

SO

If one model's price jumps, moving to another is a change we make for you, not a migration you have to plan.

Integrations on your timeline

Waiting for a giant AI company to support the system your business runs on means waiting for it to matter to millions of other customers first. If it matters to you, we build it. Common systems connect quickly, and the in-house tool nobody else on earth uses is a project we take on rather than a dead end.

SO

The tool your team lives in gets connected because you asked, not because it trended.

A team that actually answers

When an answer misses, anyone flags it in one click and the exchange lands in a review queue we read — the question, the answer and what it was pointed at. A person here reads it, then fixes the prompt or tightens the harness so that class of mistake stops happening. Flag the same thing with a public assistant and it joins the millions filed that day.

The thing that annoyed you on Tuesday can be genuinely different by Thursday.

US VS. GOING DIRECT

Same models underneath. Nothing else the same.

This is not public AI versus us — we run on the same frontier capability you would be paying for anyway. The real question is what surrounds it: whether it knows who is asking, what it is allowed to do in your systems, how far a mistake can travel, and whether anybody answers when it gets something wrong.

Going direct to a public assistantWith InsideAI

Answers from whatever it read on the internet. It has never seen how you actually work.

Answers from your own documents, records and processes — the version of the truth your team is held to.

Every person re-explains the context by hand, which means pasting company information into someone else's chat window.

Wired in once, deliberately, by someone you trust. Nobody has to paste anything anywhere it shouldn't be.

It has no idea who is asking, so it either knows nothing sensitive or it knows too much.

It answers as you. Your permissions decide what it can use, and that is enforced on our side — not by asking it nicely.

The real danger isn't what it says, it's what you let it do. Rushing to connect everything hands it every ability that connection exposes — plug in a mailbox and it can send any email to any client, in your name. The safeguard is a line of instructions asking it not to, which is a pinky promise from the thing you were worried about.

The harness hands over abilities one at a time, and only the ones you ticked. Allow “draft a reply” and withhold “send” and there is no send to be talked into. When a result does need to land in one of your systems, it arrives as a job with a fixed shape — the model writes the words, our code places them as a draft for a person to review, on a schedule you set — never an open mailbox and a hope.

It only exists while somebody has the tab open. Nothing happens to your ticket queue overnight, and every useful thing it did was something a person stopped to ask for.

Work can run on a schedule set with you, so the queue that built up overnight is already drafted against your own material by the time somebody opens it. Every run is recorded — when it ran, who it ran as, and whether it worked — so nothing here happens that we cannot account for afterwards.

You are buying into one company's ecosystem: their model, their price list, their roadmap. If they raise token prices, that is your bill and your problem.

The model is a part we can swap. Your connections, permissions and history live in the harness, so a cheaper or better engine is a change on our side that your setup never feels — and different jobs can run on different models.

You get the integrations they chose to build, whenever they choose to build them. Your niche in-house system is never going to make that list.

You get the integrations your business needs. Common systems connect quickly, and the in-house tool nobody else uses is a project we take on rather than a feature request that goes nowhere.

One person's private chat. The good answers die in it.

Share a conversation or a whole project, and keep the requests that work in a library your team can reuse.

Lives in another tab, away from the work.

Lives inside the product your team already has open, and knows which page they are looking at.

When it is confidently wrong you can flag it — into a pile with the millions filed that day. Nobody reads yours, nothing about your setup changes, and it is wrong the same way tomorrow.

Flag it in a click and the exchange lands in a review queue we read — the question, the answer and what it was pointed at. A person here reads it, then fixes the prompt or tightens the harness so that class of mistake stops happening.

Still want a general-purpose assistant for general-purpose questions? Keep it — we are not competing for that, and we are built on the same kind of model. InsideAI is for the questions only your business can answer, and the actions only your business should be allowed to take.
